Alicia, Physician Assistant
Alicia Clough is a board-certified physician assistant. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from College of Saint Mary in 2012. After working in ophthalmology for 4 years, she shadowed a physician in Orthopedics and fell in love with the specialty. She received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from College of Saint Mary in 2019. Over the last 2 years, she has worked to help alleviate the pandemic by supervising and performing Covid-19 testing and vaccination. Alicia has a passion for serving patients and wants to provide the best care options available to help them achieve pain relief, increased joint mobility, and aid them in improving their lifestyle. She is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. From Omaha, Nebraska, Alicia is happily married with a grown son and a house full of pets. In her spare time, she loves to read and is a budding marine aquarist. Alicia believes that healing comes from utilizing all medical disciplines to help patients achieve their best possible outcomes.
Brean, Owner & Operator
Brean Alger graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s in Business Management Administration. With over 12 years of marketing and management experience, she left her corporate job as a Marketing Director to pursue her passions of entrepreneurship and helping people when her and her husband, TJ, decided to open their second healthcare business, Essence Med. With expertise in digital marketing automation, brand development, copywriting, design, and campaign management, she enjoys building teams and building her employees’ skillsets. Brean loves being a mom to her baby boy, Banks as well as staying active, community involvement, spending time with friends, playing the piano, and traveling.
TJ, DC -Owner
Dr. TJ Alger graduated with Academic Honors and multiple Dean’s List achievements while attending Cleveland Chiropractic College of Kansas City. During his time at Cleveland he received extensive training in pediatric, geriatric, prenatal, and athletic care. Dr. TJ’s true passion is focused on families, shedding light on their health concerns and wellness goals. Dr. TJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Brean and their baby boy, Banks. He loves sports, the outdoors, and tacos.
